This is a module we are really excited about in GrowthZone – in fact, we use it ourselves to created automated workflows for communication. Here is a video overview.
Yes. There is a staff app and a MemberPlus app for GrowthZone.
We will be able to migrate your member login information and payment profiles. Your member directory information will also migrate, but you will have new flexibility that you could offer to members for their directory listings. The biggest change for your members is the Member InfoHub, which is similar to the Member Information Center (MIC). We’ve added some powerful new feature to the InfoHub, so this would be a great time to re-engage your members in the benefits of using your members-only portal.
If you currently have a website on our SmartCMS platform, you will need to transition to a new website on our new GrowthZone CMS platform. This platform is easy to use and offers numerous, modern design themes to choose from. We will work with you to build your new site that is fully integrated with the GrowthZone platform. We offer both an upfront payment option, as well as a cost-effective, monthly subscription option that is eligible for a new site design every three years.
If you already have a site built with GrowthZone CMS, the process is seamless. We will simply help you integrate with the new database.
Finally, if you have a site with a third party, you can either purchase a new site that we will build on GrowthZone CMS, or we can integrate with your existing site.
You will be moving to a completely different software, versus a version update. That means, while there are many similar features, the look and functionality of GrowthZone is new, so plan around the timing that allows you and your team to learn and become comfortable with the new system.
The positive is you will still be working with the company you know, and the process of migrating is something we strive to make as easy as possible.
We suggest you start by spending some time working in a trial account to become familiar with the overall look and feel of GrowthZone, while going through the Getting Started training within the software.
We will provide you with the cost proposal for the features that make the most sense for your needs (this will become your new subscription and replace your previous ChamberMaster/MemberZone subscription fee). Once you are ready to start, we will provide you with a training plan that combines group training sessions, independent review of training materials/videos, and scheduled QA time with an assigned migration specialist who will work with you throughout the migration project.
Our team will gather some information to take care of configuring settings to meet your needs.
While you are going through training, we will be working to migrate your data. We will initially do so in a staging database, allowing you to see how your data has come into GrowthZone. Once you are ready, we will pull a final data file into your new, live GrowthZone database. This process means you will continue to work in your ChamberMaster/MemberZone database while this is happening - you don’t have to worry about double entry or maintaining two systems.
The new software pricing uses a completely different “only pay for what you need” pricing model, meaning the subscription will be dependent on which modules you determine best meet your needs. Typically, customers who have migrated choose new features that increase their monthly subscription by about 20+% compared to ChamberMaster/MemberZone, but you will be paying for the features you choose as the most important for you.
There is a one-time onboarding charge of $1,500-2,000 for your guided migration.
If you use this opportunity to upgrade to a new website, there is a fee for the new website.
- $3,950 one-time design or $140/month (includes new website and a design refresh every three years).
- You can upgrade your site to the new GrowthZone CMS prior to moving to the GrowthZone software and still be integrated with ChamberMaster/MemberZone. This is a great opportunity to gain a new website design while working on GrowthZone setup in smaller stages.
No you don’t. ChamberMaster and MemberZone aren't going anywhere.
Absolutely. Eventually, we believe most chambers and associations will choose to run their organizations on the GrowthZone solution. But because we know timing is based on numerous factors, the decision of when to switch is yours.
