GrowthZone Features

The membership module brings a number of new concepts that differ from ChamberMaster/MemberZone, but provide expanded capabilities.

In ChamberMaster/MemberZone, memberships are handled by simply creating fee items. In GrowthZone, the membership module is truly designed specifically for memberships and is unique from all other fee items.

The Membership Module starts with the creation of membership types for your various memberships. For instance, you may create a platinum membership type, which is a 12-month membership and is owned by a business. This means that the organization is purchasing the membership and their contacts (e.g., employees) then inherit member benefits. You then set the fee items – both recurring or one time – for this membership, defining things such as which directory this type of membership should appear in, as well as what their directory listing should include.

Once created, this membership type can be integrated into your membership application. Additionally, you can have as many membership applications as desired.

Memberships submitted through an application can be set to be automatically approved or can be set for manual approval.

Staff users can also easily add memberships on-the-fly from an organization's or individual's contact profile.

Once a membership is created for the contact, the software automatically assigns scheduled billing to that membership and contact. They are added to the upcoming billing tab (within the billing module) to be invoiced, or if they have an on-file credit card, automatically charged at the time of scheduled billing.

Managing memberships is easy from the contact profile where you can view the membership details and history, as well as upgrade, downgrade, drop, or adjust memberships. And this membership information is, of course, easily available in reports and dashboards.

Manage multiple directories, including the ability to add a single member to multiple directories.

Create custom permission levels for staff and/or users.  This can be tailored to settings by specific module, as well as access levels for specific areas of the Member Info Hub.

In ChamberMaster/MemberZone, you are accustomed to “Members” being organizations, and reps being under those organizations. In GrowthZone, your contacts can be organizations or individuals, and you can create numerous relationships between contacts. So each organization is a contact, but each rep will also be a contact.

• Individuals have their own separate contact record that is tied to an organization (if applicable)
• Ability to relate one individual to multiple organizations
• Ability to relate organizations to other organizations

This is a unique addition to GrowthZone. Let’s say that an organization is a headquarters, and it has additional branches. Easily create and manage these relationships between the "parent" (headquarters) and "children" (branches) to see all of the related organizations and contacts.

GrowthZone allows you to change the terminology of key phrases in the software and automatically update that term throughout the software.

For instance, if you refer to a "list" as a "group," simply change the term and it will replicate throughout the software.
