Our Migration Process

Review the information on this website to help determine if the new GrowthZone software would be a good fit for you. Then contact us to receive a demo and begin working towards your successful migration plan!

We will provide you with the cost proposal for the features that make the most sense for your needs (this will become your new subscription and replace your previous ChamberMaster/MemberZone subscription fee). To ensure a successful migration to GrowthZone, we will work with you on what the best time will be for your team to start this project.

We understand that converting to a new software is a commitment that needs to be made by your entire team. Your Project Manager will work with you to outline a plan that fits with your daily commitments. The goal is to get transitioned to GrowthZone as quickly as possible while ensuring maximum success for your entire team.

If you currently have a website on our SmartCMS platform, you will need to transition to a new website on our new GrowthZone CMS platform.  This platform is easy to use and offers numerous, modern design themes to choose from.  We will work with you to build your new site that is fully integrated with the GrowthZone platform. We offer both an upfront payment option, as well as a cost-effective, monthly subscription option that is eligible for a new site design every three years.

If you already have a site built on our GrowthZone CMS, the process is seamless.  We will simply help you integrate with the new database.

Finally, if you have a site with a third party, you can either purchase a new site that we will build on GrowthZone CMS, or we can integrate with your existing site.

We will convert your ChamberMaster/MemberZone database into a GrowthZone staging database that will be used for training. This process means you will continue to work in your ChamberMaster/MemberZone database while this is happening - you don’t have to worry about double entry or maintaining two systems.

Once you are ready to start, we will provide you with a training plan that combines group training sessions, independent review of training materials/videos, and scheduled Q&A time with an assigned migration specialist who will work with you throughout the migration project.

Scheduling for the final conversion to GrowthZone will be done with your Project Manager. A checklist will be reviewed to ensure all of the key pieces of the project have been completed and that the timing works for everyone on your team.
